The property is located at the end of Hatcher Road. From Mount Juliet Road, turn onto Old Lebanon Dirt Road. (You’ll see Wilson Bank at the intersection.) Hatcher Road will be on the left. As you turn onto Hatcher Road, you’ll LOVE the country “feel” that you’ll experience. You’ll go from traffic to country in a matter of 5 minutes!
When you come to the culdesac, the property is on the right. One thing that I love about the property is that even though the property has a very rural feel, Providence Mall is only 5-7 minutes away.
The land is rolling and wooded. There are a few hills but it’s not very steep at all and mostly a very comfortable walk, except for the underbrush.

As Mount Juliet grows and remains one of the destinations of many moving to Middle Tennessee, prices will continue to increase. They aren’t making any more land!
